5 IFTTT Recipes That Can Really Help Your School PR and Marketing

If there was a magic recipe that could help streamline your social media or school PR and marketing would you use it?  What if I said that recipes exists?

IFTTT, or If This Then That, is a free web-based service that allows users to create chains of simple conditional statements, called "recipes", which are triggered based on changes to other web services such as Gmail, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. (Wikipedia)

In simple terms, it lets you automate small tasks between Internet-connected services.

Here is a list of five recipes I compiled that will get you started on the service and help streamline school PR and marketing tasks:

1. Sync new contacts to a Google Spreadsheet
